Product Features:

1. Cylindrical Disc Design: The cylindrical disc is the only moving part. This basic structure can generate maximum lifting force at minimum flow rate and improve the working efficiency of the valve.

2. No Flank Guide: Since there is no flank guide, the generation of ""rotational"" combined force is avoided, thereby reducing valve wear and extending service life.

3. Long Throttle Sleeve Design: The long throttle sleeve is located on the disc, which can stop the deceleration fluid when it approaches the valve seat sealing position, thereby preventing the disc from vibrating and reducing the wire drawing phenomenon of the valve seat sealing surface.

4. Removable Bushing: The removable bushing guides the disc throughout the stroke. This component is completely independent of the valve body, so it will not be deformed by the expansion stress.

5. Shock Absorber Design: The piston ring strengthens the performance of the shock absorber to avoid rapid movement of the disc. If the pulse phenomenon is particularly strong, two piston rings may need to be installed.

6. Easy Maintenance: The tapped hub on the top of the valve disc facilitates the insertion of a nozzle or a bolt with a hole, thereby simplifying the removal and grinding process of the valve disc and making maintenance more convenient.

7. Extra Large Port Area: The extra large port area is located in the valve cavity, which minimizes the pressure drop through the valve and ensures unrestricted movement of the valve disc.  

8. OS&Y Structure: The OS&Y design makes the valve opening and closing position clear, which is convenient for operation and monitoring.
