Product Features:
1.Bypass Structure Design: Valves with nominal pressure PN≥1.6MPa, DN125~200 adopts internal bypass structure, and valves with DN250~500 adopts external bypass valve structure to reduce the pressure difference between the front and back of the valve, avoiding high flow rate and high scouring, preventing high temperature, ensuring the safe operation of the oxygen pipeline network, and reducing the operating torque.
2.Medium Flow Direction: For oxygen check valves with PN≥1.6MPa and DN≤100, the medium flows from the bottom of the valve disc to the top of the valve disc (low in and high out); for valves with DN≥125, the medium flows from the top of the valve disc to the bottom (high in and low out), which not only meets the needs of the internal bypass valve structure, but also reduces the closing torque.
3.Anti-static Device: The valve is equipped with anti-static device to avoid sparks caused by static electricity to increase operational safety, especially in flammable and explosive oxygen environments.
4.Oil and Dust Proof Design: The bracket part of the check valve adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the protective cover on the bracket can be opened when the packing is compressed to achieve oil and dust prevention and extend the service life of the valve.
5.Durable Protective Material: The protective cover is made of tempered glass and plastic steel transparent plate to ensure its durability and long-term use in harsh environments.
6.Degreasing: The product is degreased during the production process to avoid grease contamination, especially suitable for the special requirements of oxygen medium.
7.Oil-free Mark: The product is marked with obvious oil-free marks to ensure safety during operation and maintenance.
