Product Features:

1. Pressure Relief Design: To prevent abnormal pressure rise in the middle cavity, a pressure relief hole is set on the inlet side of the disc.

2.Temperature Adaptability: According to different temperature levels, the extension size of the valve stem and valve bonnet is also different. valves ≤101℃, cryogenic deformation is prevented, and the main parts should be cryogenically treated.

3.Enhanced Wear Resistance: Hard alloy is surfacing welded on the valve seat and disc sealing surface to improve the valve's erosion resistance and extend the service life.

4.Low Friction Design: The friction between the sealing surfaces is small during opening and closing, and the service life is long.

5. Wedge Disc Design: The gate has a wedge shape, which takes into account the wear stroke period and the service life is longer.  

6. Reliable Sealing: SS+graphite, metal sealing or pressure self-sealing structure is used between the valve body and the valve cover, and the sealing is reliable.

7.OS&Y Structure: The OS&Y design makes the valve opening and closing position clear, which is convenient for operation and monitoring.  

8.Corrosion Resistance: The valve stem thread is well designed and isolated from the medium, avoiding the corrosion of the medium on the valve stem thread and extending the service life of the valve.  

9.Self-adjustment Function: There is a certain gap between the gate and the valve stem, which can be adjusted by itself, and the seal is reliable.

10. ISO15848 FE A-level Sealing Standards: By improving the structural design and selecting a reasonable packing structure as well as qualified packing suppliers, the valve meets the ISO15848 FE A-level sealing test requirements to ensure the sealing performance of the valve under harsh conditions.
