Product Features:

1. Excellent Material: The oxygen stop valve is made of high-quality silicon brass or stainless steel, with the advantages of high mechanical strength, wear resistance, and good safety. When used on oxygen pipelines, it has the best explosion-proof and flame-retardant performance, eliminating unsafe factors on oxygen pipelines.

2. Good Sealing Performance: The sealing surface is made of stainless steel body or welded with hard alloy, which is not easy to wear and scratch, which has good sealing.

3. Structural Design: For valves with PN≤4.0MPa and DN<200, the single valve disc structure is adopted, and the medium flows from the bottom of the valve disc to the top of the valve disc (i.e. low inlet and high outlet).

For valves with DN≥250, the double valve disc structure is adopted, and the medium flows from the top of the valve disc to the bottom (i.e. high inlet and low outlet). On the one hand, it meets the structural needs of the internal bypass valve, and on the other hand, the closing force of the valve is greatly reduced due to the effect of the medium pressure.

4. External Bypass Valve Structure: For the nominal pressure PN ≥ 6.3MPa, DN250 ~ 500, the structure of external bypass valve is adopted. Its purpose is to reduce the pressure difference before and after the valve to avoid high flow rate, high scouring and high temperature, thereby ensuring the safe operation of the oxygen pipeline network and reducing the operating torque.

5. Fully Enclosed Bracket: The bracket part adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the protective cover on the bracket can be opened when the packing is compressed, which plays a role in oil and dust prevention, with obvious oil ban mark.

6. Dust Prevention and Degreasing Measures: The upper part of the valve stem is equipped with a dust prevention device. All valve parts in contact with oxygen are strictly degreased and oil-free before assembly. The packing and gasket are made of PTFE, which can ensure safe and reliable sealing during use.

7.Anti-static Device: The valve is equipped with anti-static device to avoid sparks caused by static electricity. A grounding screw is provided on the valve body flange, and the static electricity of the valve is directly guided out through the wire to ensure the safety of the valve.

8.OS&Y Structure: The OS&Y design makes the valve opening and closing position clear, which is convenient for operation and monitoring.
